Just because someone posted an updated ICS TZ definition for Evolution, doesn't mean it is right. if you want to generate yourself a new TZ definition for Evolution from the tzdata package, perhaps have a look at vzic. Things seem to have stopped jumping around in my calendar now (they're also at the right times).
